I was honored to be invited to judge the 8th Annual University of New Haven Case Competition. The Connecticut Chapter of the Association for Talent Development was proud to be one of the sponsors. The contestants were awesome.
The University of New Haven's 8th Annual Cross-Disciplinary Case Competition final celebratory event was held on Nov. 8. After 5 weeks of team building, skill-building workshops, practice cases, qualifying rounds and smart (and yes, at times, frustrating) PROGRESS, 4 finalist teams bravely brought their "A-Game" to the famed Atrium of the @PompeaCollegeofBusiness. A very rewarding, impactful professional career development event. We are very proud of all the contestants. We also appreciate the valued contributions of our esteemed judges, Ross Tartell, Ph.D., Ellen Belitzky, Ph.D., Laurence "Larry" Levine, and Indra Ponnuswamy, and our co-sponsor, Association for Talent Development (ATD) of CT. Our Keynote Speaker, @StephanieGillespie, Associate Dean, TCoE, University of New Haven, shared welcome advice about always "Say Yes" to opportunities to challenge yourself, especially for co-curricular activities that will help you standout even with an otherwise "meh" resume ;-) #universityofnewhaven #ATDSCC #OGISL #PompeaCollegeofBusiness #TagliatelaCollegeofEngineering?#CollegeofArtsandSciences #SchoolofHealthSciences

Executive Coach-No one gets to the Olympics on their own | Talent & Leadership Development | Bottom Line Impact

Here is what he found, "While the sample is limited, all Democratic presidents had positive economic terms and all but one Republican president had negative experiences. The facts conflict with the conventional wisdom that Republican presidents are better for the economy than Democrats. "
