Universities say they’re preparing students for the future. They’re not — and I’ve seen it firsthand. I’ve worked in and around universities for years — helping them with strategy, transformation, and innovation. I care deeply about their role in shaping our future. But right now, I’m worried. We’re facing a once-in-a-generation shift with AI and industry disruption — and most of our institutions are nowhere near ready.
