Our 2025 theme, “From Inspiration to Action; Fostering Wellbeing On and Offline”, shows how we’re combining technology with inspiration to drive positive impact both online and off. This year’s report details new milestones in online safety, climate action, inclusive product experiences and initiatives uplifting creators, users and youth mental health. For me, bringing everyone the inspiration to create a life they love isn’t only Pinterest’s mission – it’s our responsibility. That’s why I’m very proud to share Pinterest’s third annual Impact Report, which lays out how Pinterest’s values are coming to life through meaningful action in critical areas such as youth safety and wellbeing and environmental sustainability. A few highlights from the last year that I’m especially proud of: - We’ve invested $30 million to date in our Impact Partners – groups that are doing extraordinary work on the ground to make a difference in youth mental health and emotional wellbeing. - We launched the first Youth Mental Health Corps, helping teens access critical mental health resources in 11 U.S. states. - And, for the third consecutive year, we achieved 100% renewable electricity in our global offices. My heart is so full from a week of building community and belonging in Martha’s Vineyard – learning from inspiring leaders, celebrating our proud legacies, and finding joy in authentic connection. One special highlight: a wonderful panel with Black Women Thriving, an event hosted by The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, and Pinterest, where we discussed how Black women are driving excellence and shaping culture everywhere, especially in the beauty industry.? I also spoke to some issues that are near and dear to my heart, specifically stigmas around Black women’s health and aging.? I see more women, especially Black women, rewriting the narrative every day, claiming every new chapter of their lives as a time of openness, self-acceptance, and reinvention.? There is strength in naming these stigmas head-on, sharing our stories, and normalizing these conversations, in work and in life. I can’t emphasize enough how much it meant to me to be able to engage in this incredible community – a heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated, including CNN’s Abby Phillip, Susan Akkad of Estée Lauder, and Julee Wilson from Cosmopolitan!

I’m incredibly proud to share Pinterest’s Q2 earnings results. We delivered $998M in revenue—growing 17% year over year—and reached another all-time high with 578 million monthly active users. Gen Z now makes up more than half of our user base, underscoring the value we’re bringing to the next generation of consumers.

Starting your career journey can feel overwhelming, but one of the smartest moves you can make is to pursue an internship. Internships are more than a line on your resume—they’re a launchpad for professional growth and self-discovery. This day is particularly special for me, as my professional journey began as a summer intern many years ago.? From the hands-on experience, to the incredible networks established, and the knowledge gained understanding workplace culture, the experience prepared me for life as an early career professional and ultimately finding my passion and purpose.
