“If you are looking for a world-class People leader, and Mina happens to be available, it is unlikely you can do much better. I remember from the first time I talked to Mina it was clear that she is on another level as a People leader. As I started working with her, she quickly became a collaborator and trusted partner in helping evolve the organization and business, including navigating some challenging situations. Mina excels at finding the sometimes tricky balance between caring deeply about the employees, while also pushing them to strive and perform, and focusing on the needs of the business. I always look forward to my meetings with Mina because I knew she’d be ready with ideas, interesting insights, or feedback. Mina had a profound impact on Particle Health and helped mature our organization significantly. She started numerous initiatives, from helping define company values, to long-term programs like career ladders and growth and feedback frameworks, to one-off team hangouts when she was in town at our headquarters. In addition to her already full plate of responsibilities, whenever we had to recruit somebody, she would spring into action, from helping setup a process for some unique roles, to reaching out to qualified candidates directly. She would quickly zero in on key requirements. This happened both for lower level roles, as well as C-level roles. For C-level roles, she not only managed to find exceptionally qualified candidates, but also ensured the extra touches that are needed to shepherd those candidate. I told Mina many times that if she ever wants to make a lot of money, recruiting is one of her superpowers.”
