Something needs to change. Be it better talent management / long term assignments or finding different contractors ti handle moves for families. In the last 5 years I’ve heard of lots of change coming down the pipeline in the DoD / Army… by policy and doctrine the army is a sound organization.. how we continue to execute policy / follow and interpret it is something altogether different.
