Here’s what stood out: ?? Imposter syndrome often drives us to prove ourselves: longer hours, extra certifications, pushing harder. For women in tech, there’s a unique pressure to constantly validate their expertise. With so few women in engineering and tech, unconscious bias means you often have to demonstrate your tech credentials over and over again. ?? The key to overcoming it? Start by acknowledging your success. Don’t deflect praise; share it. Feedback from others helps break down self-doubt and build authentic confidence. ?? Reach out - to leadership, a mentor, or your team. Putting yourself out there is a bold act of resilience. ?? Normalizing these feelings within teams is critical. Open conversations create safe spaces. Allyship matters. A gentle reminder: Don’t be too harsh on yourself. Impostor syndrome may never fully disappear - it’s part of being human, and it can even drive growth. Embrace being uncomfortable with not knowing. That’s where transformation begins. In April, our Ukraine team hosted an insightful session with the Charity Fund 'Starenki', whose mission is to support elderly individuals living alone, through food packages, human connection, and dignity. What followed was a ripple of kindness. Fractalites in Ukraine raised 18,500 UAH, funding 27 food packages?for seniors in need. Anastasiya Z.?and Daria Shnurenko stepped in to help pack and deliver?those packages, bringing smiles along the way. Here’s what they had to say: “Volunteering with the ‘Starenki’ foundation was a truly meaningful and valuable experience. Delivering essential items to lonely elderly people and seeing their gratitude reminded me how powerful small acts of kindness can be,” shared Daria. “Many of them are alone or live with minimal financial resources. While packing the kits, I felt they weren’t just bags of groceries but symbols of care and attention. It was rewarding to do something that truly helps.”?said Anastasiya.
